Bramhjot Singh
Culinary Chef
Why do you want to be a Chef?
I love to cook food for others and I want to open up my own restaurant about International cuisine in my home country India. I even did Bachelors's in Hotel Management from Lovely Professional University to attain the best knowledge regarding Hospitality Industry. However, from my childhood, I have been helping my mother in the kitchen while she was preparing any dish. which made me interested in the culinary Industry.
Are you working in the industry?
No, currently I am not working in the industry. But in the past, I worked in French Bakery LÔPERA for 6 months which is located in Noida, India. I learned traditional French recipes in the Bakery.

Idol Chef
Chef. Vikas Khanna
He is my idol and I admire him at every point in my life to become like him. Actually, I believe if you want to achieve something try to find someone who is already a professional in his or her field, the best way is to start focussing on their struggles and life journey to learn more about how he or she has handled the difficult situations in their life, it will surely help you handling a particular situation, when you were at that similar point as they were in your life
Reference to a Great Culinary Blog you have found and would like to emulate. Include reasons why you like this Blog, what they do well and what could be done better.
I started reading her blogs in 2019. when I got a project from the college regarding plant-based food. I like her blogs because her recipes are properly designed and focused on how to cook healthy food. the way she started her career in 2012 and how she climbed the ladder to reach from blog to website is amazing and inspiring. Her blog presenting skills are marvelous which helps to understand the recipe quickly in an efficient manner.
Moreover, she is an author and has published 6 best-selling books which are plant-based food and has a café in Central London.
one suggestion from my side to Ella is:-
She could add other foods of different cuisines in her blogs which could also help her to grow more.
